Trademark Registration - The major benefit of registration is evidence of ownership. If anyone attempts to pass-off his or her product as our client’s, a registered trademark is proof it belongs to him or her. Registration also avoids issues before they become a problem. If our client has a new product, we can ensure that our client does not mistakenly use a mark that may already be in the marketplace. Internet Domain Name - Internet based businesses and the virtual marketplace offer unique opportunities and unique problems. Copyright - Copying of software, books, movies, music, videos, videogames or the showing of live events for public viewing without permission or authorization is infringement of copyright and possibly a breach of other federal statutes such as the Radiocommunication Act. We assist authors, licensed distributors, musicians and software developers with copyright registration, licensing and other agreements to protect their works and to ensure that those who are intended to benefit from the works are able to do so by maintaining the integrity of the system.
